Court documents in Florida suppressor challenge dismissal
by Chris EgerWednesday a Florida Division of Administrative Hearings judge dismissed a challenge mounted by three individuals to the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission's November 21, 2014 rule change to allow the hunting of deer, gray squirrels, rabbits, wild turkeys, quail, and crows with silenced/suppressed rifles and pistols.
