Iowa law allowing blind people to obtain gun permits stirs controversy (VIDEO)
by Jennifer CruzApparently Iowa state law does not allow concealed carry permits to be denied on the basis of physical disability. In fact, to do so would be a violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act, the federal law which prohibits alternative treatment of people solely based on their disabilities.
