Officer charged with second-degree murder for shooting Canadian teen armed with knife (VIDEO)

In a decision that brings both surprise and relief to family and friends of the teen who was shot and killed by officers during a standoff on a Toronto streetcar last month, the officer has been charged with second-degree murder for Sammy Yatim's death.
