Officer charged with second-degree murder for shooting Canadian teen armed with knife (VIDEO)

Witnesses stated that the teen, Sammy Yatim seemed “quite normal” until he pulled out a knife, exposed himself to passengers on the streetcar and ordered everyone out of the car.
