Man shot, killed after showing up with a rifle at an off-duty cop’s house (VIDEO)

A 21-year-old with no prior history of violence or mental health issues, showed up to the house of an off-duty police officer and opened fire. The man had been acting strangely, claiming to be an undercover cop and involved in some sort of shooting.
