Judge rules against FL man’s use of Stand Your Ground defense in deputy’s shooting

A circuit judge ruled last week that Keenan Finkelstein, who is accused of shooting a Escambia County Sheriff’s deputy last March, cannot use the state’s controversial Stand Your Ground Law as a defense.
