91-year-old WWII vet receives purple heart after more than 70 years (VIDEO)

Although Raymond Garner lost his original medal more than 70 years ago, he only just requested a new one last year, and Blount County Veterans Affairs Director Nathan Weinbaum said at 91-years-old, they are just happy he's still around to receive it.
