Homeowner who helped capture escaped inmates never pulled gun (VIDEO)

Despite media reports, the homeowner, Patrick Hale, confirmed that he was armed, but never pulled his gun. He thinks the escaped inmates were responding to his car, which looks like a police cruiser.
