12-year-old charged in ‘random’ shooting death of homeless man (VIDEO)

Investigators in Jacksonville, Fla., have been searching for information on the shooting death of a homeless man last month, and while they made an arrest this week, authorities were shocked to discover that the boy responsible is just 12-years-old.
