Supreme Court may clarify gun use outside home in Drake case, now backed by 19 states

The Supreme Court may soon look at the right to carry handguns outside the home for self-defense in the case of Drake v. Jerejian. Drake, the plaintiff in the case, is backed by 19 states, 34 congressmen, SAF and the NRA.
