Restraining order sought against Nordstrom shooting suspect, but denied (VIDEO)

Nadia Ezaldein's family said she was severely beaten when she broke up with Marcus Dee and a restraining order was filed after months of harassment. But the judge threw out the petition, citing lack of sufficient evidence.
