Family dog finds skull of missing child sex offender (VIDEO)

Kevin Stoeser went missing last October, launching a massive manhunt and earning him a spot on the U.S. Marshal's top 15 most wanted fugitives, but the case came to an end when a Golden Retriever came home with what appeared to be a human skull.
