Off-duty Dallas cop fatally shoots suspect during stabbing (VIDEO)

While escorting an intruder off of his business' property, without warning the intruder started stabbing the man. Another employee started screaming for help and an off-duty Dallas cop just happened to be there to come to their aid, fatally shooting the suspect.
