As neighbors shouted “he’s deaf,” a police officer in Oklahoma City shot and killed a man who couldn’t hear commands to drop a metal pipe.

Defense contractor pleads guilty to giving secrets to ‘Russian spy’

The contractor pleaded guilty Monday to selling secret information to a person he believed to be a Russian spy. Investigators learned he used the funds to support an online lover, who had been catfishing him.
