New Study: Combat stress, exposure not related to rise in Military suicides (VIDEO)
by S.H. BlannelberryResearchers examined 83 suicides that occurred between 2001 and 2008, and found that 58 percent percent had never been deployed to war or theater of combat. The new study shows that military suicides are more likely tied to mental health problems and alcohol abuse.
