Vietnam vet’s personalized license plate denied due to potentially offensive numbers

Arnold Breitenbach received a Purple Heart in 1969 after he was injured when a grenade hit the personnel carrier on which he was a gunner, but when he came up with a license plate to commemorate his service, his request was denied.
