Arizona Attorney General: ‘New gun laws in Tucson are unenforceable’

Arizona Attorney General Tom Horne said on Wednesday, in a formal opinion, that two new gun laws in Tucson are unenforceable because they violate the state's preemption law with respect to firearms and ammunition.
