With the ARX-100 you’re able to get your hands on what the old Masada could have been. Sure the ARX-100’s $1950 MSRP is $450 more than the projected MSRP of the Masada, but that was back in 2007. A year when gas was $2.75 a gallon and brass-cased .223 ammo was $6 for a box of 20.

Beretta's ARX 160 is already in service in Italy, and we've been waiting for our chance to shoot the 5.56 tactical rifle for what seems like two years. And now it is here. We went up to the Beretta factory last month to talk politics, and got a sneak peak at an ARX 100 prototype. The ARX 100, which will launch today, is going to change some opinions about tactical rifles.
