Shall-certify NFA reforms now law in Arkansas, West Virginia

Governors Asa Hutchinson (R) and Earl Ray Tomblin (D) gave their signatures to bills in their respective states Monday making it mandatory for local law enforcement to approve valid paperwork for National Firearm Act items.

Oklahoma Gov. Mary Fallin Tuesday sank a popular pro-gun bill to speed up the CLEO approval process for gun owners to receive suppressors and other NFA-regulated items.
