Check out “Rifle 103” on Women’s Tactical Association
Joliet, IL – -(Ammoland.com)- Event Description: Rifle 103 will build upon the basics from prior classes and focus on positions, with an introduction to lateral movement.
Shooters will start with a brief confirmation sight-in and some basic drills as a skills assessment to see where the class is as a whole.
Shooters will then spend the majority of the day working the kneeling, squat, and prone positions, with the emphasis on tweaking each position to work the best for each shooter. Once shooters have found a stable, effective position, the emphasis will switch to getting into that position quickly, without having to rediscover it every time.
Rifle 103 Time: March 2, 2012 from 9am to 5pm
Location: Will County Sheriff’s Police range
Organized By: Kim Heath
