Yankee Hill Machine introduced their new Nitro .30 caliber suppressor prototype this week at SHOT Show in Las Vegas.
The Nitro .30 caliber suppressor weighs in at 21 ounces, with a length of 7.25 inches. It features 17-4 stainless steel construction with a heat-treated Inconel blast baffle.
What sets this suppressor apart in a market full of cans is its ability to be user configured. With a few twists of the Nitro’s end cap, the .30 caliber cap is removable and can be swapped out for a 5.56 bored end cap. This design is innovative, giving suppressor lovers the ability to have one can that works with multiple firearms.
Future buyers can anticipate finding the Nitro suppressor, quick disconnect mount, direct thread mount and muzzle break end cap all in one box. The Nitro will ship with a full lifetime warranty as well.
YHM is looking at a late May release date for the Nitro. Expected retail price will be around the $999 mark.
