Wyoming State House Moves Constitutional Carry Closer To Final Passage 48 To 8
Wyoming –-(Ammoland.com)- We aren’t done, but I’ve got some good news for you.
The first phase of passing the Jaggi-Jennings Constitutional Carry through the Wyoming State House was accomplished this afternoon.
House members agreed to move this common-sense legislation forward by a vote of 48 to 8.
Even though we’re definitely not done yet, and I know that I don’t have to tell you that anything can happen in politics, this is still great news.
Because of your emails and phone calls, these House members have moved our bill past its first reading with an overwhelming majority.
Our next steps are the 2nd reading and final passage votes, which are expected later this week. While the results of the 1st reading vote are a great encouragement, we’re obviously not done yet.
Naturally, I’ll keep you up to date as Constitutional Carry nears its final passage in the House, but I wanted to keep you informed as we get closer to final passage.
Sincerely,
Anthony BouchardExecutive Director
