A 65-year-old woman live-streamed herself on Facebook harassing a Cedar Rapids police officer, who showed an incredible amount of restraint before eventually having the woman escorted out of the business where the harassment took place.
Melyssa Jo Kelly taunted the female officer, poking fun at her badge bearing black tape and the officer whose life it represented. Kelly repeatedly used derogatory language and slurs while cursing at the officer and calling her names.
Eventually, Kelly, who has a history of disorderly conduct, trespass, and interference with official acts, was escorted out, with the assistance of other officers.
Kelly, who clearly wanted an audience, posted the video to Facebook, where it has been viewed more than 180,000 times.
