EAST ALTON, Ill. – Winchester Ammunition has committed to sponsoring the NRA Publications Mentor initiative which encourages all NRA members to take beginning shooters to the range.
Along with inspiring budding shooters to enroll with local NRA Certified Instructors for expert training, mentors can provide actual places to shoot that are safe and welcoming, help new shooters understand firearm safety, handling and range protocol, and help them locate nearby ranges.
