Last Monday in Johnstown, Pennsylvania, an armed 12-year-old boy was charged for robbing a local lemonade stand with a BB gun.
The 12-year-old , having played one too many GTA games, walked up to the lemonade stand on the corner of Cypress Avenue and Bond Street with what appeared to be a handgun in his pocket. He demanded the 10-year-old behind the counter give him all his money, or else.
Johnstown Sgt. Patrick Goggin said the boys “got into a wrestling match over the money box” before the suspect stole it, making off with some $30.
Three other children chased the juvenile robber to his house and aided police in tracking him down, and that’s when police realized the 12-year-old had a BB gun.
The boy will be charged in juvenile court, where his identity will likely remain anonymous.
