Virginia –-(AmmoLand.com)- The two gun bills that passed the House but face serious challenges in the Senate are HB 69 and HB 854.

HB 69 is the VA Firearms Freedom Act exempting guns made and possessed in VA from federal oversight.

HB 884 is the Castle Doctrine Bill acknowledging your God-given right to protect yourself from intruders into your home.

Both bills are in the Senate Courts of Justice Committee.
