Montpelier, VT -(Ammoland.com)- Now you can show your support for Vermont’s wildlife and watersheds with a newly designed white-tailed deer conservation license plate.

White-tailed deer are one of the most talked about species in the state, and the new plate celebrates this magnificent species with a beautiful buck.

Applications are available online or you can purchase your plates at the DMV office in Montpelier. Funds from the sale of the plates go to the Nongame Wildlife Fund and the Watershed Grant Fund.

Monies raised from the sale of plates that exceed the needs of the current programs will go to the Green Mountain Conservation Camps, where kids aged 12 to 16 learn about ecology and the outdoors.
