Tru-Fire

Superior, WI -(AmmoLand.com)- Tru-Fire, the leading archery release brand, has introduced the company’s lightest, zero-travel-trigger release to date, the Thor.

This hammer-throw-style release is extremely responsive and highly customizable to accommodate the needs and preferences of both competitive archers and bowhunters. The new Thor release is easily convertible for left- or right-handed shooters.

It also can be configured as either a 3-or 4-finger setup by simply removing a screw & finger section. This release offers multiple-position trigger customization, as well as trigger-travel and trigger-pressure adjustments.

The trigger pressure is adjustable from a range of 4 to 26 ounces without the need to change springs or disassemble the release.

Pressing the Thor’s cocking lever activates trigger allowing the string hook to hold up to 200 lbs., while the mechanical advantage of the design allows trigger-release pressure as light as a few ounces. The Thor was designed with internal noise dampening materials to virtually eliminate the game-spooking “ping” that many hunters associate with traditional hammer-throw releases, thereby ensuring your shot goes undetected.

This new versatile and quiet hammer-throw release is made in the U.S.A., and all internal parts are heat-treated steel housed in an anodized aluminum handle. It comes with a removable lanyard with reflective strands and loop keeper for hunters who choose to let their release hang from the string loop while in the stand.
