They have a relatively wide base, offering good stability during agility exercises. I wore the shoes during numerous CrossFit workouts, testing them in many different types of bodyweight exercises, including burpees, running, rowing, double unders, box jumps, sled pushes, wall climbs, lunges, air squats and wall balls. The shoes performed very well and were comfortable from the time I put them on, requiring no break-in period.”
