Mogadore, Ohio -(AmmoLand.com)- Newly formed manufacturer, Horton Crossbow Innovations, receives the highly acclaimed Editor’s Choice Award from Outdoor Life, debuting in the just released August 2015 issue.

Outdoor Life tested 11 popular crossbow models with intense testing procedures with stringent criteria, comparing each of the bows. Four industry experts conducted the test while evaluating factors such as, performance, price, specifications, function, fit and finish. As results were recorded, the new Horton Storm RDX Crossbow rose to the top.

“I can’t tell you how honored we are to receive the prestigious Outdoor Life Editor’s Choice Award,” states Rick Bednar, Horton’s President, Chairman, and CEO. “When we put the new Storm RDX on the drawing board, we thought it would be a great bow, but we have been blown away by the demand this bow has created with our customers. This success is driving us to push harder as we build the Horton legacy and continue to produce highly effective, reliable, safe and affordable crossbows for hunters of all ages and physical abilities.”

The Horton Storm RDX is the lightest, shortest, and narrowest reverse draw technology crossbow currently on the market. Its compact, lightweight design delivers remarkable balance that aids in a natural hold and increased accuracy in the field.
