“Titanfall” looks to be a mash-up between “Mech Warrior” and “Call of Duty,” placing players both on the battlefield and inside giant, mechanical monsters.
The beta version of the next-gen platform, first-person-shooter is set to be released Feb. 14 for Xbox One and PC and will include two maps and three Titanfall modes.
Crafted by “Call of Duty” co-creator Vince Zampella and borrowing developers from the “Call of Duty” franchise, “Titanfall” brings players similar high-octane gameplay but with the addition of 24-foot titans.
