Minden, NV -(AmmoLand.com)- The Veterans FOB was founded in May 2016, after a small group of companies decided to work together to do more than they could accomplish by themselves from product demonstrations, customer events, and ultimately Veterans support.

Blackbird Anthem is an independent, Alt-Country band from Florida. Their music is a blend of outlaw country, southern rock, and blues. Fronted by lead singer / songwriter Adam Martin, Blackbird Anthem’s songs are tales of love, loss, regrets and redemption.
A U.S. Army combat veteran, Adam taught himself to play guitar after returning home from Iraq. A few years later, he began writing songs and performing live. He formed Blackbird Anthem with bassist David Bruce and later added Cody Owens on drums. Their debut EP, Stories I’ve Never Told, was released in early 2016, and is available worldwide across multiple digital media platforms including iTunes, Amazon, and Spotify.
Their single, “Come Kiss Me” was featured on the syndicated radio program “The Iceman Show” and has been added to their normal rotation. They have been featured on HV Rebel Country Radio’s New Artist Spotlight and several of their songs are regularly played on multiple internet radio stations.
Blackbird Anthem has performed throughout Florida and is starting to play stages across the country. They have opened for several national touring artists and have played at multiple music festivals. They have recently returned to the studio to be begin work on their first full-length album.

Blackbird Anthem is very supportive of several veteran foundations so this aspect of VFOB was very appealing to us as well.”
Martin continued, “Blackbird Anthem is the first entertainer to join VFOB so we bring a very unique offering to the family. Of course we have the traditional band merchandise of CD’s, t-shirts, stickers and koozies but our passion for live performances and audience engagement is a huge strength. We can play for any size venue / crowd for both public and private events, as a headliner or support band. VFOB brands will have the opportunity to partner will us to put their brand / products in front of a variety of new audiences / consumers wherever we play.”
