Originally crafted in plastic, most bowling balls since the 1980s have been made of polyurethane or reactive resin– but plenty of the old plastic house balls are still around. Now take one of them and apply a DoubleTap 165gr JHP Nosler 10mm round to it, and you have a gutter ball all day.
