Reese and Voigt Meet Demands of Each Stage with Safariland ELS Belt System
Ontario, CA – Safariland congratulates team member Maggie Reese on her recent overall Ladies Open Division win and applauds Michael Voigt with his 5th place overall in the Open Division at the USPSA MultiGun Nationals.
Reese, now with her third National title, and Voigt wore their Safariland ELS Belt System at the MultiGun Nationals which was held over three days at the Desert Sportsman Rifle Club in Las Vegas, Nevada from April 24-26, 2015.
The Safariland ELS Belt System was the perfect choice for Reese and Voigt during the match as it allowed for the quick-and-easy transition needed for each course of fire.
“Only one belt system could keep up with all the demands this weekend – my ELS Belt System from Safariland,” said Reese.
The ELS System is versatile and makes it easy to change out pouches and holsters to meet the demands of each stage. The USPSA MultiGun Nationals included twelve incredibly challenging stages requiring more than 550 rounds during the match. The rifle stages varied from close-range paper to long-distance flash targets at 400 yards, and the pistol and shotgun stages included paper and steel targets. Given the varied stage designs, competitors had to use an assortment of gear making the rapid change-out versatility of the ELS Belt System ideal for this of event.
“We are very proud of Mike and Maggie for their accomplishments and dedication to perfection,” said Scott Carnahan, Vice President, Equipment, The Safariland Group and Team Safariland Manager. “They both spent a lot of time with me over the years to develop the ELS rig and it has proven to be the product of choice as we stand by ‘Innovation, not Imitation’.”
