Rinella sets out on his annual mule deer hunt this year in southwest Colorado. On his hunt for the buck of his dreams, Rinella shares his vast knowledge of muleys, including how to hunt, butcher and most importantly, how to prepare the meat for consumption.

“One of the more prominent hunting goals I have is to hunt a giant mule deer,” exclaimed Rinella. “Colorado is the perfect place for it, but deciding which one is worth a shot takes time – years in fact – and plenty of preparation.”
