New Berlin, Wis. –(Ammoland.com)- Krappie Kings TV returns to Lake D’Arbonne in Union Parish, Louisiana. This week, Duck Commander’s John Godwin joins Karl Kalonka, host, on a fishing adventure for white and black crappie. The men are in a sublime fishing location, when Godwin’s fishing rod goes missing. Godwin and Kalonka discover anything is possible, when the missing gear is unexpectedly returned. Krappie Kings TV airs exclusively Saturday, February 7 at 8:30 a.m. ET on Sportsman Channel.
Godwin, a duck caller by day, is a “crappie caller” by night. He and Kalonka head out on the open water in Louisiana with hopes of hooking the best crappie Lake D’Arbonne has to offer. But Godwin gets more than he bargains for, when his fishing pole suddenly disappears into the depths of the lake.
“We got the lines out, all the bait was running well and suddenly I looked and my rod was gone,” said Godwin.
