Pierre, SD -(AmmoLand.com)- The South Dakota Game, Fish and Parks Commission proposed no changes for the 2016 bighorn sheep season, and will operate under the same structure as the 2015 season.

The South Dakota Game, Fish and Parks Commission announced that the 2016 bighorn sheep hunting season will run from Sept. 1 – Dec. 31.

There will be three “ram bighorn sheep” licenses available, one of which will be available via the Midwest Chapter of the Wild Sheep Foundation’s auction.
