Sig Sauer’s popular hunting scope the Whiskey5 is getting a face lift with a newly incorporated anti-cant LevelPlex and TH100 turret.

LevelPlex gives hunters ability to remove unwanted cant from the shooting system up to +/- 0.5 degrees of accuracy. Combined with the TH100 elevation turret, which offers a resettable zero stop and lock at zero, the scope promises to deliver accuracy for long range targets.

“The all-new Whiskey5 is the ultimate superzoom riflescope for the tactical hunter,” said Andy York, president of Sig Sauer’s electro-optics division. “With massively upgraded TH-100 turret design, LevelPlex and milling hunter reticles, the new Whiskey5 packs an unprecedented amount of technology into your next hunting riflescope.”

Knowing that hunters need durable and rugged scopes out in the field, Sig has delivered a waterproof scope that allows for complete immersion up to 1 meter. In addition, the Whiskey5 offers fog-proof performance.

In an effort to enhance battery life, Sig included motion-activated illumination to sense motion and power down the riflescope when no motion is detected.

The Whiskey5 comes in a variety of configurations to include: 1-5x20mm, 2-10x42mm, 2.4-12x56mm,  3-15x44mm, 3-15x52mm and 5-25X52mm.

Included with the Whiskey5 is a free SIG ballistic turret with SBT dial custom engraved to match shooter’s ballistics and environmental conditions.

The Whiskey5 retails between $1,079.99 t0 $2,159.99.
