Second Alligator Season Segment in Arkansas Now Over

Little Rock, AR -(Ammoland.com)- For the second consecutive weekend, alligator hunters made a big haul in Arkansas.

Hunters picked up several gators measuring over 11 feet. The largest this weekend was a 12 foot 5 inch alligator from Dr. Lester Sitzes III Bois D’Arc Lake.

The final 2014 season segment began 30 minutes after sunset on Friday, Sept. 26 and closed 30 minutes before sunrise on Monday, Sept. 29.
