Bexley, OH –-(Ammoland.com)- Rob Pincus, owner of I.C.E. Training Company and the developer of the Combat Focus Shooting Program has announced his interest in running for the 76th Seat on the National Rifle Association’s Board of Directors.
The 76th seat is elected to a period of one year, and the 76th board member is voted on at the NRA Annual Meetings.
“I believe that a position on the NRA Board of Directors will allow me to promote our firearms ownership rights and responsibilities,” said Rob Pincus. “I strongly believe that I can have a greater impact on the firearms community and country at large.”
Pincus, a life member of the NRA, has been involved in the firearms industry for 20 years. He actively trains people interested in defensive shooting, educates in all areas of personal defense, as well as encourages members of the firearms community to meet their responsibilities as gun owners.
In addition, Pincus participated in hundreds of radio interviews, podcasts and video interviews supporting the 2nd amendment. Pincus has earned the endorsements from the likes of author Brad Thor, Ted Nugent, SWAT Magazine, RECOIL Magazine, and television host Michael Bane.
There are several ways to support Pincus’ run for the 76th board seat. Voting NRA members simply write “Rob Pincus, Bexley Ohio” on the write-in portion of their ballot to demonstrate that Pincus has support. Ballots are due April 6, 2014. Those that are not a voting member are encouraged to spread the word to voting members.
If the write in campaign is successful, NRA members will be able to vote for Pincus at the NRA Annual Meetings in Indianapolis, IN April 25-27, 2014.
