Offered in three chamberings with a detachable 10-round magazine, Remington’s new Model 700 CP Armbrace has hit the market.

The bolt-action pistol uses a Model 700 chassis that comes equipped with a collapsible SB Tactical SBA3 collapsible arm brace and an M-LOK free-float handguard. The forged aluminum chassis is lightweight and includes an X Mark Pro adjustable trigger, set from 3.5-to-5-pounds at the factory. Offered in .300 AAC Blackout with a 10.5-inch barrel as well as .308 Winchester and 6.5 Creedmoor with a 12.5-inch barrel, overall length ranges from 26- to 28-inches.

“Engineered for drilling big game, varmints, steel silhouettes, and targets from a couple of football fields away,” says Remington in a statement on the new platform. “Built around the Remington 700 bolt-action and chassis system, the Model 700-CP gives hunters and shooters an accurate and compact platform for backcountry hunting and long-range competition where the targets may be set at 300, 500, 700 yards and beyond.”

Big Green says the Model 700 action provides the industry’s fastest lock time (2.5-to-3.0 milliseconds), which minimizes the effects of shooter movement meaning greater shot-to-shot consistency.

The light contour carbon barrels on the 700 CP Armbrace are threaded with a 5/8x24TPI pitch for suppressors or muzzle devices. Other features include an over-sized bolt knob and a one-piece cantilever Picatinny optic rail. The .308 and 6.5CM pistols use a 10-round Magpul AICS pattern magazine while the .300BLK ships with a 10-round MDT mag.

MSRP on the Model 700 CP Armbrace is $1,169.
