South Dakota –-(Ammoland.com)- With votes coming in at three times the pace of last year, Wingshooting USA TV’s “TruckVault Cares … for conservation, canines & kids” is setting records every week.

Almost 70,000 fans of Scott Linden’s show have voted for the seven beneficiary groups who share in the funding and national television exposure he provides with the help of sponsors.

A hard-fought race for highest vote-getter has the AKC Canine Health Foundation leading with almost 26,000 votes, but 4H National Shooting Sports members are coming up fast with more than 24,000 votes. American Brittany Rescue is a strong third with 13,600 votes. The rest of the pack includes the US Sportsman’s Alliance Trailblazer Adventure Program, Ruffed Grouse Society, Scholastic Clay Target Program and International Hunter Education Association.

Voting continues through December, Linden says, and with the lead changing hands frequently it’s anyone’s guess who will garner the most votes. All the groups win, he added, as funds are distributed proportionally to the votes and each group gets an equal amount of national television exposure via Wingshooting USA public service announcements and in-show features.

“TruckVault Cares” is sponsored by TruckVault. Co-sponsors include Filson, Happy Jack, Webley & Scott, Royal Flush Adventures, Kent Cartridge, and Pursuit Channel. The most watched upland hunting TV show in the country, Scott Linden’s Wingshooting USA airs on seven networks, six of them year-round. Created and hosted by Linden, the effort is made possible due to continued support of the National Shooting Sports Foundation, title sponsor of Wingshooting USA.
