USA -(AmmoLand.com)- The industry’s first uncut, real-time episode is one of the highlights of the new season of Scott Linden’s Wingshooting USA, debuting on five networks next week and on NBC Sports in mid-July.

Pheasants, ruffed grouse, bobwhite quail, and woodcock are among the species hunted by Linden and his guests, including a 16-year-old girl on her first hunt; and father and son’s first hunt together; injured, retired, and current military members, and expert guides and dog handlers. Destinations range from Alabama to Minnesota, Kansas to Florida.

“The habitat and bird population at Quail Creek Lodge were ideal, so we hit the red buttons and went hunting,” host-producer Linden said. “It ended up a fun, fast-paced episode that literally was a 20-minute walk, without stops, cuts, edits or re-takes … as authentic a hunt as you’ll ever see on television,” he added.

Viewers will see exactly what both camera operators recorded for the entire episode, in a unique split-screen format. Hits, misses, camera moves, dog work and stumbles are all covered, with a twist at the end when hunters take the cameras and cameramen pick up the shotguns.

Linden said this season’s episodes include more information than ever, including a new “Field to Feast” feature sponsored by YETI Coolers, dog breed profiles, plus hunting and shooting tips from Ugly Dog Hunting Co. and TruckVault. Fan favorite “Buddy & Me” training tips and Linden’s answers to viewer questions both return as does the NSSF-sponsored “Take a Friend Hunting” contest.

The official TV series of the National Shooting Sports Foundation, Wingshooting USA is also the most-watched bird hunting show on television. More information, network list and air times/days are at: www.scottlindenoutdoors.com.
