The ACE Basin Branch was named QDMA’s New Fundraising Branch of the Year in 2009 and the Branch of the Year in 2012.

“I am deeply honored to have been elected by the Board to help guide QDMA as it enters its 25th anniversary year,” said Nicole. “QDMA has some of the finest and most dedicated volunteers anywhere. With my background in Branch leadership and my experience in helping Fortune 500 companies, I am excited about working with the Board to help the organization grow membership and support its branches and volunteers.

“I am particularly honored to be the first woman to serve on the Board,” Nicole noted. “QDMA recognizes that women are increasingly involved in hunting and wildlife habitat management. I want to make sure we take actions to encourage women to get involved in QDMA – both as members and in Branch leadership roles.”

Professionally, Nicole is the president of Lowcountry Management Consulting, Inc., which she founded in 2000. She is also a trustee on the Board of Directors for Coastal Electric Cooperative, Inc., in Walterboro, S.C. Prior to founding Lowcountry Management Consulting, Nicole had worked for consulting firms since 1985.

Nicole earned Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Harvard in 1985 graduating summa cum laude. She went on to earn her Master of Business Administration degree from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business in 1989.

An avid hunter, Nicole has been a resident of South Carolina for 35 years. She was born in Charleston and now resides in Williams, S.C. Nicole is married to another avid QDMA member, Joe Holt, and she has one son, Patrick Lozada, 23, who lives in Shanghai, China.
