Buffalo, Missouri –-(Ammoland.com)- “Today’s personal and business communication technology is moving at light speed and as organizations who are using the Internet, I Phones, I Pads, Blackberrys and more, we not only have to stay on top of the latest changes but must better plan for the future” states Craig Alderman, of the Quail and Upland Wildlife Federation, Inc. (QUWF).

“We are very pleased to announce a new generation of our web site, www.quwf.net is now up and operational with many new features, color changes and background software” Alderman announces.

“The new upgrade allows full compatibility with Internet Explorer 9 and installs the tools for Internet Explorer 10 due out in 2012 as well as full mobility applications for new mobile phones and new communications devices. The new site will offer I Phone Apps shortly for QUWF users.

“Our site has become a conservation hub for upland wildlife habitat and we have to keep it moving forward so the “next” generation will be comfortable using it” explains Craig, “Our staff updates the QUWF web site almost daily with current information, news and chapter support items so it is critical we keep it upgraded and very interesting to visit”.

“The rapidly increasing use and volume of the QUWF site and better services to QUWF Chapters, members and sponsors / partners, required a significant upgrade so we prepared a totally NEW platform as aggressive as QUWF is in conservation” states the QUWF Webmaster. A completely new shopping cart system and portal will be launched in a few days making QUWF, all around, one of the most progressive and advanced in the industry.

“Like any software upgrade there were a few bumps but overall the transition was very smooth thanks to our Webmaster and his team and it will continue to be a work in process to keep it on the cutting edge of technology serving our members, sponsors and partners with the best web site possible. Our webmaster is constantly watching our site and the options out there to keep it secure, offering leading technology but yet making it easier to navigate and use”, says Craig.
