Bogart, GA -(Ammoland.com)- The Quality Deer Management Association (QDMA) is seeking candidates for two senior management positions to join its rapidly growing team.
The positions include a Senior Director of Operations and a Director of Fundraising Programs. The Senior Director of Operations will report directly to the CEO and oversee all internal operations and programs, manage all national office staff and some field staff, and develop and implement business plans and budgets.
The successful candidate will have experience leading a management team and developing a performance culture among employees. They will be a proven leader with the skills, sensitivity, and confidence to maximize employee skills and productivity while encouraging creativity and critical thinking. This position will be based at the QDMA national office in Bogart, Georgia.
The Director of Fundraising Programs will report to the Senior Director of Operations and lead the association’s fundraising activities in the following areas: grassroots, annual campaigns, major gifts, planned giving and corporate relations. The successful candidate will manage a team of twelve regional and national office employees to increase revenue and maximize mission delivery and organizational impact. Location of this position is negotiable.
