Fairfax, VA -(AmmoLand.com)- On the November 2015 ballot, voters will be asked to approve NRA-backed Proposition 6, an amendment to the Texas Constitution guaranteeing your right to hunt, fish and harvest wildlife.

It will also affirm that wildlife management decisions continue to be based on sound science – not emotional arguments peddled by outsider fundraising groups. Approval of Proposition 6 will protect Texas hunters and anglers from extremists who will dedicate themselves to abolishing outdoor traditions in the Lone Star State! Look for the language below on your ballot and vote “YES”!

Proposition 6: “The constitutional amendment recognizing the right of the people to hunt, fish, and harvest wildlife subject to laws that promote wildlife conservation.”

While Texans can vote YES on Tuesday, November 3, Texans can start early voting today! Texas Early Voting runs from Monday, October 19 through Friday, October 30.
