COLUMBIA FALLS, MT – (Ammoland.com) –PROOF Research, manufacturer of carbon fiber rifle barrels and composite material weapon system components and Tencate Advanced Composites announced that they have entered into an exclusive partnership to jointly develop, market and offer high-temperature prepreg materials to the aerospace industry.
The materials will be produced at Tencate’s state-of-the-art composite production facilities in California and will be formulated with PROOF Research’s P2SI line of innovative, high-temperature resin systems.
P2SI, a division of PROOF Research, is globally recognized as a leader in developing high-temperature composite materials and advanced resin system technologies for the aerospace and defense industries. P2SI’s leading product, AFRPE-4, is used by TenCate to make prepreg materials for the F-35 Joint Strike Fighter program.
