This week, Kentucky State Police discovered more than 5,600 marijuana plants growing not-so-discreetly in a cornfield in Tompkinsville, Kentucky.
Altogether, authorities found 5,624 nice sized plants, which were first spotted via aerial observation. It took several law enforcement agencies over 30 hours to completely destroy the plants.
The investigation is ongoing, but no arrests have been made at this time.
