North Carolina Groups to Host NRA Day Trap Camp

FAIRFAX, VA – -(AmmoLand.com)- The Remington Rangers Venture Crew 111 and Veterans of Foreign War Post 7383 will host their second annual NRA Day NRA/ATA Trap Camp “Mid-Summer Blast” at the Durham County Wildlife Club in Morrisville, North Carolina. The event will be held July 13 and 14 from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

During this two-day camp, participants will learn the basics of trapshooting from NRA and ATA Certified Instructors and Coaches. The camp also includes the NRA Basic Shotgun Safety Course and the opportunity to speak with shooting coaches about team activities. Boy Scouts will be eligible to earn the Shotgun Merit Badge or Venture Elective.

The cost of the event is $100.00 and includes all ammunition, firearms, t-shirts, instructional materials, and lunch for both days. Participants may bring their own shotgun.
